Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce Hosts

On Thursday, October 22nd, the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce hosted an interactive  CEO panel discussion featuring five local Chief Executive Officers at the Chamber’s annual “Jump Start Your Business” luncheon.

The event was once again hosted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts at their 400 Landmark offices in Boston, in partnership with Eastern Bank, and had representatives of the SBA, NSLBA, EforAll, Adelante, and the cities of Worcester and Boston.

“We were so happy to get such a distinguished panel for an unprecedented and frank discussion around issues faced by business owners which provided a great value for our membership”, added Jesus Rosa, HACC Chairman of the Board.

Annual Awards Reception

On Thursday, October 22nd, Hispanic attorneys from across the commonwealth came together for the annual MAHA awards reception at the UMASS Club in downtown Boston.

Since its founding in 1985, MAHA has worked for continued professional development of Hispanic attorneys, judges and law students in Massachusetts. In 2015, the organization will celebrate its 30th anniversary and will also host the 40th Hispanic National Bar Association’s (HNBA) Annual Convention in Boston, attracting over 1,000of the nation’s most influential Hispanic leaders.
