Employees of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union’s Methuen branch recently conducted financial education workshops in Spanish that focused on credit education and first-time home buying. These events were held at Qniversity in Lawrence, MA and were well received by members of the Greater Lawrence community. In addition to providing this unique financial education opportunity, the credit union was pleased to offer all attendees of the First Time Homebuyer seminar a $500 credit to be used toward closing costs for a new Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union mortgage.

“We are proud to contribute to the Viva Lawrence initiative by empowering members of our community to become MoneyStrong”, said Shaylah Begley, Branch Manager of the Methuen Office. “Additionally, we look forward to deepening our relationship within the Greater Lawrence community by continuing to participate in various community outreach efforts and offering similar workshops in the future.”
