The Marblehead Housing Authority is seeking a motivated full-time maintenance employee to perform a variety of moderately skilled maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping, and repair duties throughout SHA properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Apartment turnovers and painting, wall and ceiling repairs
- Groundskeeping and snow removal
- Cleaning and trash removal
- Minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Assisting maintenance mechanics and trades staff
- On-call emergency response on a rotating schedule
Qualified applicants must possess:
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Salary: $35.18/hour (Current DLS Labor Rate effective 4/1/2026)
